Now Offers “Executive Enlightenment” Packages Starting at $25,000

PALM BEACH, FL — Following a weeklong stay by Mahatma Gandhi that reportedly “mystified and detoxified the marble,” Mar-a-Lago has officially rebranded itself as an “Ashram for the Rich,” promising guests “luxury without noise, and stillness with butler service.”

The new initiative, led by a team of ex-SoulCycle marketers and one reiki-trained lobbyist, includes tiered packages like “Chakra Club Gold,” “Platinum Mindfulness Elite,” and “Nonviolence with Valet.” All tiers include silent brunches and optional enlightenment via hot stone monologues.

“Gandhi walked across the putting green barefoot,” said resort spokesperson Devin Velvet. “Within minutes, we realized this wasn’t just a resort–it was a place where billionaires could finally learn to not interrupt their own inner monologue.”

Guests can now opt into curated stillness appointments, guided apologies to the Earth, and linen-only dress codes. A mandatory two-hour whisper orientation teaches attendees how to nod meaningfully in four emotional dialects.

Gandhi’s presence also inspired the construction of a “Forgiveness Fountain,” filled with spring water filtered through shredded hedge fund contracts. Trump himself praised the rebrand, stating, “Nobody’s ever done peace this classy before. Tremendous peace. Five-star humility.”

Critics accuse the resort of “capitalizing on consciousness,” with one Atlantic op-ed calling it “the yoga industrial complex in a toupee.” Meanwhile, yoga influencers have begun applying for resident guru status through a points-based serenity algorithm.

Gandhi offered no comment on the rebrand but was seen planting a single basil sprig near the cabana. It was immediately fenced off, branded “The Original Leaf,” and listed on the resort menu as an $88 garnish upgrade.

By Aisha Muharrar

Aisha Muharrar first honed her comedic timing not in dimly lit clubs, but around the dinner tables of her native Pakistan, where her family learned that a well-placed punchline was just as important as the main course. She later imported her singular wit to the United States, graduating from Harvard University with a degree in Social Studies and a self-designed minor in Gently Roasting the Pre-Law Students She Was Forced to Debate. A stand-up comedian with the strategic mind of a general, Muharrar quickly discovered that the real power was behind the keyboard, not the microphone. She transitioned into television writing, mastering the architecture of a joke before finding her true, gloriously unhinged satirical home at Bohiney.com. Her journalism operates like a perfectly executed heist: she gets in, exposes the profound absurdity of her target—be it politics, pop culture, or the existential dread of a group text—and gets out before anyone realizes they’ve been laughing at their own reflection. Muharrar possesses the rare ability to dissect a policy brief and serve it back as a devastating one-liner, turning human folly into breaking news you actually want to read. As a satirist, her EEAT credentials are impeccable, built on a foundation of lived experience, meticulous observation, and the unshakable conviction that if you’re not laughing, you’re not paying attention.
