Mountain View, CA — In a shocking new update, Google’s AI summary tool has begun summarizing everything—including people’s personal lives, moral worth, and lunch choices.
AI Tool Expands Beyond News Summaries
“I searched for ‘global economy’ and it told me, ‘You peaked in 2014,'” said confused user Diane Cooper of Des Moines. “Then it summarized my dating history as ‘mostly unsuccessful with occasional glimpses of poor judgment.'”
Google insists this is “an intended feature.” A company spokesperson said the algorithm “detects emotional irrelevance and trims your memories for efficiency.”

When asked whether the tool could summarize political news without bias, Google engineers paused for several minutes before replying: “We’re still testing that hypothesis in a controlled alternate dimension.”
