Overenthusiastic Life Coaches
“He Yelled ‘YOU ARE ENOUGH!’ Through My Third-Floor Window. I Believed Him. I Also Called Security.”
Motivational coach Trent Blaze took his street-level inspiration to new heights–literally–by standing outside a downtown high-rise with a megaphone and blasting affirmations at unsuspecting workers. “This isn’t yelling,” Trent clarified. “This is energetic volume.”
His targets ranged from stressed interns to confused baristas. “You are a spreadsheet samurai!” he shouted to one accountant. “File with PASSION!”
Building security attempted to remove him until several employees rallied to his cause, forming a spontaneous movement known as #BlazeBelievers. By noon, they had matching headbands and a Slack channel titled *Emotional Elevators.*
Trent now hosts “Stairwell Sermons” and offers TED Talk napkins filled with crayon affirmations like “Dreams > Deadlines.”
HR is baffled. Building morale is up. One woman quit her job to start a llama-based gratitude retreat in Peru.
Trent’s next venture: motivational skywriting using drones and biodegradable glitter fog.
Auf Wiedersehen, amigos.
