Chicken Soup Conspiracies
“It’s Not Just Comfort Food. It’s Psychological Gravy.”
The “Soup Awakening Front” (SAF) has taken to city halls and grocery store soup aisles to expose what they call “the brothspiracy”–a campaign allegedly led by major soup brands to suppress the metaphysical powers of chicken soup.
“There’s a reason grandmas push it,” says SAF founder Sage McCluckin. “It’s not tradition. It’s suppression of the cosmic simmer.”
Protesters wave signs reading “Free the Bone Broth” and “Big Soup, Big Lies,” often chanting in ladles while wearing noodle crowns.
SAF’s latest leak includes a PDF allegedly showing chicken soup’s ability to cure seasonal depression and existential dread if consumed under a waxing gibbous.
The FDA has yet to comment. Campbell’s issued a tweet saying, “We cannot confirm or deny that our minestrone has emotional surveillance powers.”
The group is planning a “March of the Mirepoix” next month. Bring your own bay leaves.
Auf Wiedersehen, amigos.
