DAYTONA BEACH, FL — In what’s being described as “the most unapologetic musical revolution since the Star-Spangled Banner hit the charts,” Donald J. Trump unveiled a brand-new national anthem remix titled “Apologizin’ Ain’t American” at the opening of the Daytona 500.
The track, which blasts over the stadium speakers before each race lap, features a blazing Ted Nugent solo, crowd chants of “USA!” auto-tuned into rhythm, and an opening monologue from Trump declaring, “We don’t kneel — we rev.”
“I wanted a song that doesn’t just stand up — it punches guilt in the face,” Trump explained while throwing out miniature American flags from the hood of a custom gold-plated Chevy Camaro.
The lyrics include lines like “My heart’s too proud to bow / My mouth don’t do regret now.”
Melania allegedly declined to appear in the music video, stating, “He wanted me to ride a bald eagle. I’m not that kind of bird.”
Fans were handed branded earplugs with “Protect Your Ears from Weakness” embossed in red, white, and bling.
When asked if the remix might replace the original anthem, Trump replied, “The Founding Fathers didn’t have guitars — that’s on them.”
