Closet Minimalists
“I Don’t Need Choices. I Need Liberation in Linen.”
Aspiring minimalist Dex Harmon has whittled his entire wardrobe down to one linen button-up, which he wears 24/7 “as an act of resistance against fast fashion, decision fatigue, and zippers.”
“Every day, I wake up and defeat capitalism by refusing to change,” Dex explained, sipping oat milk from a mason jar labeled “Down With Hangers.”
The shirt–beige, frayed, emotionally complex–has accompanied Dex to job interviews, silent discos, and a wedding he was not invited to.
He calls it “Fabric of the Self.” His roommates call it “Funk incarnate.”
Dex has launched a Substack titled *Launder the System*, featuring laundry-optional living tips and philosophical musings on thread count and moral fiber.
His next goal: convince society to adopt robes and unwashed enlightenment.
Auf Wiedersehen, amigos.
